WHY I'M DOING IT
Hey all! Every day in February I’ll be heading out to the ocean for a surf or swim to raise funds for cancer research at Chris O’Brien lifehouse. There were approximately 18.1 million new cases of cancer diagnosed in 2020 and that number is steadily rising each year. Not only having lost family and close family friends to cancer but seeing how people are affected by cancer through my work in environmental health breaks my heart and has driven me to want to do surfFeb. If you have the ability to donate and support surfFeb’s cause please do and if unable to support financially try and get involved!
