WHY I'M DOING IT
I’m doing this because it’s an opportunity to contribute to something that really matters. Working at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse has shown me just how much support, research, and care is needed to help those affected by cancer. This initiative—Surfebruary x Chris O’Brien Lifehouse—is a meaningful way to raise money for cancer care and research while staying active and connected to the community.
Cancer is something that affects so many people—patients, families, and friends—and I’ve seen firsthand how it impacts lives. It’s deeply important to me to support the work that Chris O’Brien Lifehouse does, because I’ve witnessed how essential it is for people to have access to the care and resources they need during such challenging times.
By taking part in this, I’m hoping to do my small part in making a difference. Every dollar raised, every wave ridden, and every conversation shared helps support a cause that’s bigger than any one of us.
