THE WHY
Each day in February I'm hitting the water to raise funds for cancer research at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse.
One in two of us will be affected by cancer in our lifetime, so I'd like to contribute to innovative cancer research that benefits us all.
A recent health scare really made me remember how amazing our health care workers and researchers are. Let's not take them for granted. It only takes a minute to donate and anything you can give during SurFebruary (no matter how big or small) will go a long way to helping people with cancer and their families.
