WHY I'M DOING IT
My dad used to thrive in the water - we were found most days diving off the pier together. Â
Every day I miss him, my beautiful daddy with his massive bear hugs and the biggest, brightest laugh that could brighten up any room. May dad was taken away by a glioblastoma. I want to join Surfebruary to raise money for the fight against cancer on his behalf and on behalf of anyone who has had or is going through the same experience.Â
Each day in February I'm hitting the water to raise funds for cancer research through the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse. Any dollar counts!Â
