Participants

Don’t sweat it! You can take part in SurFebruary with any water-based activity of your choosing (be it swimming, SUP’ing or something else). If you are keen to learn, find out here how we’re partnering with Aussie Surf Schools who can help you kickstart your SurFebruary journey with beginner lessons.

Any body of water will do - so long as you get wet! We’ve had teams waterski on lakes, paddleboard on rivers and swim in the pool. We love to see our participants doing it their way and getting creative!

We encourage everyone to take on the challenge of getting in the water every single day, but we know it’s not always possible. We recommend you register as a team or join a team in your local community, so you can tag-team with friends and share the load.

Late to the party? No problem! You can sign up any time during February. Every day of fundraising counts.

Once you have signed up, you’ll receive your very own Fundraising Page . Then, share it with your family and friends so they can sponsor you. Once a donation is received, it will appear on your Fundraising Page.

Cash is still king for some! For IRL donations, click here to reach out to us. We can help you bank the cash and get the donation up on your personal fundraising page.

Asking for donations can be awkward, but it doesn’t need to be. Have genuine conversations with your friends and family about why you’ve jumped on board. Then, share your fundraising link so they can sponsor you.

Post the link in your social media bio, add it to your email signature or spark up conversations by the watercooler.

Step 1, do a happy dance! You’ve received a donation! Step 2, send them a message to say thanks. Log into your Fundraising page, scroll down to your donation feed and click the heart icon. Write them a message, and we'll deliver it to your donor for you. Step 3, share the stoke. Ask them to share a wave with you!

We all get login overload at times, no problem! Click here to contact us and we’ll be able to assist you to reset your username and password.
